I. Full-time Registration for ADULTS:

  • 1st Wave Registration: 

Early Bird Discount $950 if you register before December 31st and PAY THE FULL AMOUNT. We do not accept deposits for Early Bird Discounts. Please send the full amount of $950 so you can save and take advantage of the discounts.

  • 2nd Wave Registration: 

Discount Delight$1100 if you register between January 1st and March 31st. 
Deposit of $500 accepted until February 1st. The balance is due by March31st . Late fee ($100) may apply if you do not pay full amount till April 1st.

  • 3rd Wave Registration:

Joyful Jamboree $1200 if you register after April 1st.
Deposit of $500
is accepted till June 31st. The balance due by July 1st.
If you register after July 1st, please send in the full amount via PAYPAL or Venmo. (No personal checks after July 1st)

II. Full-time Registration for CHILDREN:

  • Children 6-14 years old: 

$700 total; deposit of $500 accepted until April1stThe balance is due by July 1st. If you register after July 1stplease send in the full amount. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult. We will have someone who will take care of the children during the class periods. However we do not take responsibilities for them even though we provide help while parents are taking classes. Our staff do not provide services like feeding tham, changing their dipers, etc. Parents must take care of them during breakfast, lunch and dinner periods and after dinner.  Please contact Gamze for details. In terms of camp fees anyone who is over 14 years old is considered as an adult.

  • Children 2-6 years old

$500 No deposit but full amount due. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult. We will have someone who can take care of the children during the class periods. However we do not take responsibilities for them even though we provide help while parents are taking classes. Our staff do not provide services like feeding tham, changing their dipers, etc. Parents must take care of them during breakfast, lunch and dinner periods and after dinner.   • Children under 2 years old come for free. We do not have staff to take care of children under 2 years old. Parents are responsible for taking care of them.

We offer games, activities and small casual classes for children age between 2-14 years old. Please ask Gamze for more information.

III. Part-time Registrations:

  • Part-time registration for ADULTS is possible on a pro-rated $350 per day basis from 8am to next day 8am. If you arrive late, you still need to pay full day amount requested just like any other hotel. Except, you can eat free and join classes and all the parties for free. If you stay later than 8am next day, you need to pay another full day amount.
  • Part-time Registration for CHILDREN: 6-14 years old: $200 per child per day basis from 8am to next day 8am.
    2-5 years old: $150 per child per day
    Any child younger than 2 years old is free of charge.

IV. Group Discounts: 

We are offering a discount for group registration.Group leader can bring 5 or more NEW CAMPERS who have never been to camp before.

  • If you bring 5 or more new campers, you can come for FREE! Adults only! Kids do not count towards the groups. Regular fees apply for kids.
  • You can get 50% OFF from the full amount of $1200 if you bring 10 campers who did not attend the camp last year.

  • Group registration price $950 per person. Deposit of $500 accepted until April 1st. The balance is due by June 1st. If you register after April 1st, please send in the full amount of $950. Late charges may apply.

V. Cabins and Last Date to Register:

  • REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER RECEIVED. CABINS ARE ASSIGNED ACCORDINGLY. There are no discounts if you tent. Tenting is allowed in meadow area only if you register as camper. 
  • IF THERE IS SPACE AVAILABLE, REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED TILL THE LAST DAY OF CAMP.
  • PRIVATE CABINS are available if you pay the full 4 adults charge which is $4,750 for Early Birds and $5,500 for regular registration after April 20th. Otherwise, cabins will be shared by 4 adults (same gender) or 2 couples if you are couple. Please contact Gamze for details, pictures and other informations about cabins.
  • If you have any kind of disabilities, please contact Gamze or Joshkun. We will try to help you with cabins.

VI. Cancelation:

  • Cancelation has to be made in writing before June 15th. Refunds can be made (less $100 per person cancellation fee) until June 15th. 
  • No refunds after this date (June 15th) under any circumstances.

VII. Late Fee:

  • $100 late fee will be assessed for balances received in the mail bearing a June 1st or later postmark.
  • After July 1th, no personal checks will be accepted; please mail in a cashier's check, money order or make an online payment with a credit card or PayPal or Venmo.
  • Please ask Gamze or Joshkun if you would like to pay using any other paymnet methods.
